We welcome you to our office which is now closing half a century of operation and we would like to tell you a few words about it.
The office was started by Ms. Styliani Apostolaki in 1974, at that time she alone engaged in general law with different areas of law, she dealt with a range of different cases as there were no specializations at the time.<\/p>\n

Ioannis Apostolakis was born in Athens and studied at the Law School of the University of Athens. He specialised in Commercial Law with postgraduate studies at Bristol University as well as in international conventions, international human rights and trademarks at Temple University. He also continued his postgraduate studies in Athens at ALBA MSC in business studies for lawyers. He has also been trained in mediation and negotiation.<\/p>\n

He has extensive judicial experience and practices in all areas of law, specializing on Civil and Corporate Law. He also deals with criminal and civil liability issues from traffic accidents and Social Security Law.<\/p>\n

He is an external associate in major banking organizations in Greece (Eurbank S.A. and NATIONAL BANK S.A.) as well as of the Auxiliary Fund LEUPL and advises and collaborates with many start-ups (E-Shop S.A., Wedding Mall S.A., E-TABLE.GR, DOCTORANYTIME.GR, BLUEGROUND PCC).<\/p>\n

Spyros Zervopoulos was born in Athens and studied at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.<\/p>\n

Since 1999 he has been practicing law as an associate, with significant judicial experience.<\/p>\n

He specializes in Labor Law and Social Security Law, Civil, Family, Inheritance and Obligations Law and Leasing.<\/p>\n

Styliani Apostolaki Lygidaki was born in the town of Kissamos, Chania, Crete. In 1967 she was admitted to the Law School of the University of Athens, from where she graduated in 1973 with a grade of Second Class Honours (Merit). At the same time, she attended the School of Social Workers of the Company for the Protection of Minors (EPA) and received her degree in 1972.<\/p>\n

In 1974, she founded the Apostolakis and Associates Law Firm. The main fields of her practice are Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Property Law, Obligations Law, and especially Lease Procedures and Family Law.<\/p>\n

She has participated in a large number of contracts, mainly transaction, as well as a large number of successful civil and criminal proceedings.<\/p>\n

She speaks English and French.<\/p>\n
